How do I test if my lights are working?
Your lights will turn on automatically when they’re in a dark environment. To test your lights, completely cover the solar panel to simulate darkness. If your lights are brand new, be sure to remove the plastic tabs from the battery compartments.
One of my lights won’t turn on at all.
Please check that the plastic pull tab has been removed from the battery compartment. Also, open the battery door check that the battery didn't become dislodged during shipping or installation. If the battery is ok, allow the light to charge in direct sunlight.
One of my lights are dim, or won't stay on for very long.
Please confirm that the unit is getting direct sunlight during the day and that the panel is clean and free from any obstructions. If you just installed the light, give it a couple days (with nice sunshine) to get up and running.
NONE of my lights turn on at night.
Did you remember to remove the plastic pull tabs from the battery compartments? If NONE of your lights are turning on, you probably just forgot this step.
I broke one of the bases during installation. Is it possible to get a replacement base?

What are the exact dimensions of your bases for various post types?
Lights that fit 4-inch vinyl posts include a base that measures exactly 4”x4”
Lights that fit 4-inch wooden posts include a base that measures exactly 3.6”x3.6”
Lights that fit 5-inch wooden posts include a base that measures exactly 4.6”x4.6”
Lights that fit 6-inch wooden posts include a base that measures exactly 5.6”x5.6”
What is your return and refund policy?
We are happy to offer 30 day returns for all our products. You may request a return up to 30 days after your order was shipped to you. Once we have received your returned item(s), we will issue a full refund, minus the return shipping cost, within 10 business days. Refunds will post to your original payment method. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. For more information please see our Refund Policy page.
Do your products have a warrantee??
All of our products are covered by a 90 day warrantee. You may request that we replace any defective items up to 90 days after your order was shipped to you. You are not required to return a defective item in order to receive a replacement.
