Return and Refund Policy

We are happy to offer 30 day returns for all our products. You may request a return up to 30 days after your order was shipped to you. Once we have received your returned item(s), we will issue a full refund, minus the return shipping cost, within 10 business days. Refunds will post to your original payment method.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please fill out the form at the bottom of our Customer Support page. We will email you a pre-paid shipping label and a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Simply print them, apply them to your return shipment, and drop off your package with the appropriate carrier. 

 

Defective Items and Replacements

All of our products are covered by a 90 day warrantee. You may request that we replace any defective items up to 90 days after your order was shipped to you. You are not required to return a defective item in order to receive a replacement. 

If you believe one of your products may be defective, please contact us by filling out the form at the bottom of our Customer Support page. Our friendly customer support team will help you troubleshoot any product issues and can arrange to send you a replacement if necessary.
